PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

ADRIA Jewelry operanting by Grupo U.H S.A in Peru and Amme Tradding LLC in the USA guarantees to the consumer the possibility of making changes to their purchase during the first 07 calendar days after the delivery of the product or on the date of purchase. After this period, the company will not make any changes. It is important to specify that the company does not accept returns.

To request the change, the client must comply with the following:

PRODUCT STATUS

  • The product must be in good condition, in its original packaging and with its accessories, if applicable.
  • The product must have a current warranty.
  • The product must not be damaged and/or manipulated by actions corresponding to the clients.
  • The product must not show signs of wear or dirt.
  • The change includes products purchased at a regular price. It does not apply to promotional products

CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED

  • The customer must have their original proof of purchase (Receipt or invoice).
  • The only acceptable causes for changing the product are manufacturing faults, the size number, so misuse of them does not qualify as a product in poor condition.
  • Grupo UH SA / Amme Trading LLC (For US Customers) reserves the right to reject more than two successive returns or exchanges for the purchase of products purchased.
  • The exchange benefit is exclusive to the client, user or buyer and may not be exercised by a third party.
    The product will be inspected to see if the customer qualifies for the exchange.
  • If there is any difference in the price due to the product change made, this will be assumed by the customer.
    The changes will be subject to the stock of the store and warehouse.
  • We do not make money refunds for any reason.
  • Adria Jewelry – Grupo UH SA  / Amme Trading LLC reserves the right to accept the return of any product that does not comply with the requirements and conditions mentioned above, without Adria Jewelry – Grupo UH SA / Amme Trading LLC assuming any responsibility to the client, due to not having accepted the change.

PROCESS

3.1 The client must approach Adria Jewelry to present his request for change, present proof of payment, indicating the reason for the change and for which jewel he would like to do it.

3.2 In the case of an online purchase, you must send an email to customer service at info@adriajoyas.com / info@adriajewelry,com (For US Customers) specifying your change request, attach proof of payment, indicate the reason for the change and for which jewel you would like to do it.

3.3 The customer will have the option to make the change in person at stores or to send us the product, being responsible for the shipping costs.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY         

ADRIA jewelry has a 03-month guarantee from the date of purchase. This guarantee is only applicable in the event of product manufacturing failures, technical failure or irregularity, this means that, if the zircon or stone becomes loose or damaged, even if the product has been cared for in the indicated manner, the repair or change will be accepted.

The guarantee does not apply when the product has been subjected to misuse or alterations.

Customers who return the product with factory failures that cannot be repaired will have the option of acquiring a product with the same characteristics or replacing it with another. If you require a product of higher value, you must assume the price difference.

The guarantee offered by the seller is express and is framed by what is stipulated in the present, so that the consumer may not request a guarantee other than the one indicated, being an essential requirement to present the original proof of purchase.

Jewelry purchased online will proceed with the same conditions stipulated above.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

Adria jewelry is a delicate and fine product. For its conservation, it is recommended to keep the product in its original packaging, not to expose the product to hard materials and chemical substances, especially cosmetics, perfumes, detergent, creams, chlorine, saltwater, and others that could damage its color or disintegrate the glue that holds the jewel. If this is the case, you should go to a specialized centre for better maintenance.

It is important to take special care of your jewellery, not to carry out sports activities during its use and not to expose it to sudden changes in temperature. The pH of the person can also generate reactions in the product. Should any reaction occur in the product, ADRIA Jewelry offers maintenance services.
